Penang Part 2
yaya.. previously forget to mention i started gym after 3rd day of my return to pg. went to find a gym center... registered myself ... paid rm80 for 30days gyming.... was so highly inspired to work out my gym... went everyday except sunday.... my coach was MR PENANG 2004 (his body so KEAT, really big and strong)... and my mission is to take over his place.. hahhaa....
2nd week of holidays...kinda arranged... sumtimes need to fetch sister to work.. so will wake at 8 am sumday... imagine dat.. me gonna wake at 8am? possible? the other part of the day was mentioned be4, gyming at the afternoon.. for average 1.5 to 2 hours perday... gonna work hard of it !!! i will prepare myself for HRC President and Redang Trip.... ( promised my friends to show body at Pulau Redang next year !!! if jadi.. sure will buy "quicksilver surfin short pants" and show my body there) ... then the late part of the day... sumtimes yamcha wif friends sumtimes not !!! most of the time spent at home watchin drama !!!
Saturday.... hahaa.. plan out work , work out plan... wanted to watch "ELECTION" 1stly at Gurney Plaza... but ticket was fully booked.. so we went Sega Fredo to chill... i ordered banana blended for rm11 (+ tax) percup.. which i can get it larger quantiti in VJN for just rm1.60 percup !! hahaa.... was waiting for other friends to meet us there .... we went the same pub ( friend aunt's pub) ..... dis time no "water fish" d... we opened 4 buckets... for around 8 ppl la... was enjoyin chit-chating and singing karaoke... then flirt wif the thai girl waitress there... out of sudden... she was high .. and kissed each of us.. hahahaha... all friends were enjoyin for sure.. hahaha... after club... we went hokkien mee.. then back home !!!
